Bob Fyke, Con Ed will present: “Empowering Decision Makers Through Your Asset Management Program.”
Len Caputo, Director of Asset Information will co-present with George Perry, Technical Training Instructor: “NYPA’s Maximo Journey.” Len will share his story in regards to asset management and data quality, while George will talk about Maximo and asset information training.
Leonard Kozlov – Program Director & Asset Manager – Port Authority NY & NJ – World Trade Center Department, Christopher Williams – Assistant Facilities Manager – Cushman & Wakefield for World Trade Center, John Connell – President & CEO – JFC & Associates, Taryn VanEsselstyn – Client Services Coordinator – JFC & Associates will present: “Gaining Momentum in 2018: Maximo Milestones at the World Trade Center.” In this presentation we will discuss the progress made in the second year of Maximo 7.6 implementation at the World Trade Center. Beginning with a vast asset data collection effort bringing the remainder of the site into Maximo, the WTC has implemented new features like HSE and Cognos reporting and expanded our PM program and use of mobile technology. We will demonstrate how the adoption of Maximo has benefited operations and management and explore what is to come in 2019 to continue to ‘Keep the Region Moving Forward‘!
